We’re looking forward to welcoming Johanna Linsley on Wednesday to our studio, for the presentation of her publication Sonic Detection: Necessary Notes for Arts and Performance in collaboration with Rebecca Collins. 

Sonic Detection, published by @punctum_books emerges from a decade-long collaboration between the two artists, using eavesdropping as a creative methodology. Part sonic noir, part performance document and part critical investigation of listening at the margins, Sonic Detection is for readers interested in prospecting the boundaries of performance, sound, and text. 

The book event will include a performance lecture, and sounds from the ongoing investigation.
